Structural silicone can support entire glass structures. Once applied, the sealants vulcanize, fixing the glass pieces to themselves or their frame. A variety of non-structural silicone adhesives can also be used to fix pieces of smaller scale. Such adhesives can work in tandem with metal connections to support the glass.
